About Net Speed Meter & Zero Byte

Our Story

Net Speed Meter started with a simple wish: to see the internet speed on the Windows desktop without opening a heavy app or a browser tab. A small, always-on-top widget that shows download and upload speed turned out to be exactly what many people wanted: today Net Speed Meter has 1M+ users.

The feedback from those users shaped everything that followed. Zero Byte Software Solutions now publishes 22 Windows apps on the Microsoft Store: network meters, system monitors, cleanup tools, media and productivity apps.

Every app follows the rules Net Speed Meter started with: do one job well, start fast, use little memory, and keep your data on your PC.
